- "Platform" refers to the Workpido website and mobile applications.
- "Buyer" refers to a user who purchases services on the platform.
- "Seller" refers to a user who offers and provides services on the platform.
- "Service" refers to any workpido or gig listed on the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use another user's account without permission.
4. Services and Transactions
Sellers list services at their chosen price and delivery time. Buyers purchase services by placing an order. Once a buyer places an order, the seller must deliver the service within the agreed timeframe.
Workpido acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the agreement between buyer and seller. We facilitate transactions and provide a platform for communication and dispute resolution.
5. Payments and Fees
Buyers pay for services in full at the time of ordering. Workpido holds the funds in escrow until the order is completed. Sellers can withdraw their earnings after the order is approved by the buyer.
Workpido charges a service fee on each transaction. The current fee structure is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
6. Disputes and Cancellations
If a buyer is not satisfied with a delivery, they may request revisions or open a dispute. Workpido's dispute resolution team will review the case and make a fair decision based on the evidence provided.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- List or sell illegal services or content
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Share personal contact information to bypass the platform
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws
8. Limitation of Liability
Workpido is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
